Need to improve: Technical skill and knowledge & English communication skill
Action:
1.Pass three certifications : LPIC Lv1 & Comp TIA Storage+ & VCP
2.One to two technical shares every week
3.Spend one hour to learn english every day, eg: speak english out & talk sb. in english.
4.Complete  RHCE training and exam if have time.
